IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Carnival Announced 11/07/2007 they will begin charging a "fuel surcharge" for all sailings departing on or after 02/01/2008 of $5.00 per person (1st & 2nd guest only), per day.  This amount is INCLUDED in the rates above.
